METATINATIONS by Brett Carlson. Carlson, a metal artist, continues his
meticulous exploration of hand-cut tin, piecing together
strips of metal reclaimed from diverse sources to create new images. Using recycled decorative tins, brads, and wood,
his work creates a rebirth of iconic images into new concepts and visuals.
A RIVER OF INK: NEW AND UNUSUAL WORK
by Jim Woodring. The award-winning artist follows his recent solo show at Seattle's Frye Art Museum with an exhibition of new pen-and-ink drawings that takes the medium into new territory.
